Let's GET SHAKIN’

INSTRUCTIONS

Prep The Simple Syrup

  • Heat all ingredients for the syrup in a saucepan over medium heat. Bring mixture to a boil stirring often. When the strawberries soften begin mashing them with a folk (we used a potato masher). Reduce heat to a simmer and cook for at least 10 minutes. Remove from heat and allow the mixture to cool to room temp. Strain through a fine-mesh strainer, get rid of the pulp or save for a different recipe. Chill simple syrup in the refrigerator until ready to use.

Make The Mules!

  • Fill a shaker with ice and add the ingredients for one Moscow Mule (1/2 of above ingredients). Shake until ice cold and serving in a copper mug is a must (filled with ice). Don’t forget to top it all off with some fresh mint leaves and a lime wedge.
